Tall Ships Races 2015 | Belfast | 2 – 5 Julyīelfast will host this prestigious event for the third time in 2015, with up to 80 magnificent Tall Ships expected to anchor in the city’s Harbour and Titanic Quarter areas fort the start of the races. Cycling activities will take place across the region on the day before the main event. This prestigious, amateur cycling event will consist of two routes, one 177 kilometres and the other 59 kilometres, through Northern Ireland’s scenic landscapes. Gran Fondo Giro d’Italia Northern Ireland | Commencing Titanic Belfast | 21 Juneįollowing the success of the Giro’s visit in May 2014, it will return in 2015 for the first of three Gran Fondo events. Come along and watch golfing heroes including Ricke Fowler and our own Rory McIlroy battle it out on this world-famous links course at the foot of the Mourne Mountains. The Irish Open returns to Northern Ireland once again in 2015 when it will be hosted at Royal County Down Golf Club for the first time in 76 years.
